比较经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术与传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术的效果差异

Abstract: Objective To analyze the differences between endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and traditional dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of patients with dacryocystitis. Methods Fifty patients with dacryocystitis admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the subjects of this experimental study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups: the study group and the control group. The study group received endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy treatment, while the control group received traditional dacryocystorhinostomy treatment. The treatment differences between the two groups were then compared. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P＜0.05). The improvement of symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P＜0.05). The quality of life of patients in the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P＜0.05). The surgical indications for patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is more effective in treating patients with dacryocystitis.
