无创 AI 温控射频技术与磁刺激治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效对比研究

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy comparison of non-invasive AI temperature control radiofrequency technology and magnetic stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods 40 female patients with SUI treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with magnetic stimulation, and the observation group was treated with non-invasive AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology. Results The effective treatment rate in the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than the 60.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the FSFI score and SSRS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with less urine leakage, while the PISQ-12 score and IIQ7 score were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the average values of the pre-rest phase, Class I fiber phase, and post-rest phase, as well as the maximum value of the Class II fiber phase, were all higher than those in the control group, while the variability of the pre-rest phase, Class I fiber phase, and post-rest phase, as well as the rise time and recovery time of the Class II fiber phase, were all lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology is more effective in treating SUI in women, which can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce urinary leakage, improve sexual function and social support.
