炎症性肠病患者营养不良和生活质量下降的影响因素研究进展

Abstract: Infiammatory borvel disease is a chronic and progressire infiammatory reaction disease of the gastiointestinal trace. As a chronic recurrent inflammatory disease, inflammatory bowel disease will have the characteristics of incurable and high incidence of complications. Its incidence rate gradually rises with the change of people’s diet and lifestyle, and its occurrence has caused serious adverse effects on the quality of life and health of patients. This article reviews the research progress on the influencing factors of malnutrition and decreased quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the intrinsic connections among these influencing factors, and to provide a fundamental theoretical basis for subsequent clinical treatments.
