医用喷漱防护无菌液体剂在临床治疗中的应用效果分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of medical spray-rinse protective sterile liquid in the clinical treatment of influenza. Methods A total of 120 influenza patients who were treated in Suzhou High-Tech Zone People’s Hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were included. They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method the control group (n= 60) and the observation group (n= 60). The control group received conventional influenza treatment, such as antiviral therapy, while the observation group received additional treatment with medical spray-rinse protective sterile liquid on the basis of the above conventional treatment. On the 5th day after treatment, the comprehensive efficacy of relieving influenza-induced respiratory symptoms, the level of inflammatory factors, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the disappearance of respiratory symptoms such as dry throat, sore throat, cough with phlegm in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The comprehensive efficacy of respiratory symptoms in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The medical spray-rinse protective sterile liquid combined with conventional antiviral treatment can effectively improve respiratory symptoms caused by influenza virus infection and has good safety.
