全腹腔镜肾输尿管切除术治疗输尿管中下段尿路上皮细胞癌有效安全分析

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic nephroureterectomy and bladder cuff resection in treatment of middle and lower segment middle and lower ureteral urothelial carcinoma. Methods Seventy patients with middle and lower ureteral urothelial carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group (total laparoscopic surgery, n=35) and a control group (laparoscopic combined with open surgery, n=35) using a random number table method. The perioperative recovery indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than the control group (P＜0.05). Comparing the perioperative recovery indicators, it can be seen that the observation group had shorter intestinal function recovery time and postoperative hospital stay than the control group (P＜0.05). The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2 h, 24 h, and 72 h after surgery, and the incidence of incision infection and intra-abdominal bleeding in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic nephroureterectomy and bladder cuff resection have advantages in terms of minimally invasiveness and postoperative recovery, with fewer complications, and can be used as preferred surgical procedures.
