牙髓炎根管治疗患者开展精细化护理干预的效果评估

Objective To analyze the application value of implementing refined nursing intervention in patients undergoing root canal treatment for pulpitis. Methods Seventy patients with pulpitis who underwent root canal treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group, with 35 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received refined care. The quality of life scores of patients before and after care were compared, which included emotional changes, physiology, psychology, and daily activities. Additionally, pain scores, comfort scores, and nursing satisfaction scores were evaluated before and after care, and the incidence of complications was analyzed. Results After nursing, the scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application effect of implementing refined nursing intervention in patients undergoing root canal treatment for pulpitis is remarkable. It can improve their quality of life score, comfort level, pain degree, and also enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion.
