复方血栓通联合氨氯地平治疗高血压性视网膜病变效果

Objective To explore the effect of Fufang Xueshuantong Capsules combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertensive retinopathy. Methods A total of 86 patients with hypertensive retinopathy admitted to Luochuan County People’ s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets, while the observation group was treated with Fufang Xueshuantong Capsules in addition. Evaluate the clinical efficacy, retinal function indicators, vascular endothelial function indicators and treatment safety of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%, which was higher than that of the control group (72.09%). The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the retinal capillary exchange time (CET), venous filling time (VFT), and arterial imaging time (ADT) in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in vascular endothelial function of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the level of nitric oxide (NO) was higher than that of the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Fufang Xueshuantong Capsules combined with amlodipine besylate tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of hypertensive retinopathy. It can improve the retinal function and vascular endothelial function of patients, and the treatment has good safety.
