孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿免疫功能、气道功能的影响

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of oral montelukast combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide in children with cough variant asthma, and to analyze the effects of combined therapy on immunity and airway function. Methods A total of 80 children with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were divided into groups by random drawing method. The control group (40 cases) received budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy, and the experimental group (40 cases) received montelukast oral therapy on the basis of the control group. The severity of cough symptoms, efficacy, immune indexes, airway function indexes and adverse reactions were compared and studied. Results Compared with cough symptom score (CSS) score, experimental group was lower than control group after 12 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group (95.00%) was better than that of control group (80.00%) (P＜0.05). Compared with immune indexes, the experimental group was better than the control group after 12 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05). Airway function indexes in experimental group were higher than those in control group after 12 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05). Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no significant difference between experimental group (7.50%) and control group (5.00%) (P＞0.05). Conclusion In children with cough variant asthma, oral montelukast combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide can significantly improve cough symptoms with clear curative effect, and it is beneficial to enhance immunity and regulate airway function with few adverse reactions, so it is worth promoting.
