分析中医针灸推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效及疼痛复发率

Objective To analyze the effect of external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, and to explore the control effect of TCM acupuncture and massage on pain recurrence. Methods From January 2021 to December 2025, 90 patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain in our hospital within 5 years were selected. The patients were 1∶1 divided into two groups(control group and experimental group) with 45 cases in each group by envelope. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with TCM acupuncture and massage on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and TCM syndrome score were evaluated, and the pain recurrence rate and functional recovery were compared after 6 months of follow-up. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the TCM syndrome score after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Within 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the functional scores of cervical spine, lumbar spine and shoulder joint in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM Acupuncture and massage in the clinical treatment of neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain is a feasible external treatment technology, which can improve the curative effect to reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a good prognosis, which is conducive to reducing the recurrence rate of pain and promoting the comprehensive recovery of function, which is worthy of reference and application.
