免费孕前优生健康检查对降低出生缺陷发生率的影响

Objective To analyze the impact of free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check-ups on reducing the rate of birth defects. Methods A total of 1,000 couples who participated in the pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination in Shanghai Yangpu District Kongjiang hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study group, and 1,000 couples who established files during the same period but did not receive the health examination were selected as the control group. The birth defect rate, health awareness rate, and health pregnancy preparation of the two groups were compared. Results The birth defect rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The health awareness rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of healthy pregnancy preparation methods in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check-ups can evaluate the health status of both spouses during implementation, prepare for pregnancy, reduce birth defect rates.
