延续性护理干预对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者康复效果的研究

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing in patients with spinal fractures combined with spinal cord injuries. Methods Twenty patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries from June 2023 to August 2025 were collected as the control group, and another 20 patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury were enrolled as the observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received continuous care based on routine care. The nursing effects between the groups were compared. Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the activity of daily living(ADL) score after nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the continuous injury care model in patients with spinal fractures combined with spinal cord injuries can enhance the rehabilitation effect, shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time, promote functional recovery, and accelerate the discharge process. This nursing strategy enhances patients' self-care and daily living activities through systematic and personalized intervention, and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications. In addition, continuous nursing helps optimize the allocation of medical resources and has significant clinical value in improving the rehabilitation system of trauma orthopedics and promoting the improvement of nursing quality.
