循证护理在风湿免疫患者护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响

Objective Exploring the clinical effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in patients with rheumatic and immune diseases. Methods Using a random number table method, 90 patients with rheumatic and immune diseases admitted to our hospital(July 2024 to July 2025) were divided into two groups: a control group(n=45, receiving routine nursing care) and a study group(n=45, receiving evidence-based nursing care). The evaluation was conducted in terms of psychological status, pain, sleep quality, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results The negative emotions and pain scores of the study group were relatively lower(P<0.05). The sleep quality score of the study group is relatively lower(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group is relatively higher(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group is relatively higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing services in the clinical care of patients with rheumatic and immune diseases has alleviated their negative emotions, reduced pain, improved sleep quality and quality of life, and significantly increased nursing satisfaction.
