微视频联合沉浸式教学在整形外科实习护生人文关怀的应用研究

Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with immersive teaching in the training of humanistic care for nurses in plastic surgery. Methods A total of 124 personnel who interning in the plastic surgery department of the hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a conventional group and a teaching group, with 62 people in each group. The conventional group received conventional training, while the teaching group received micro-video combined with immersive teaching. The theoretical and practical ability levels, patient satisfaction levels, student satisfaction, and improvement in humanistic care ability of the two groups before and after teaching were compared. Results After training, the theoretical and practical ability levels of the teaching group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction levels of the teaching group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). Similarly, the teaching group's student satisfaction in four aspects(classroom teaching, clinical teaching, internship plans, and support and resources) and improvement in humanistic care ability in three aspects(cognition, patience, and courage) were all significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro-video combined with immersive teaching has a significant effect in the training of humanistic care for nurses in plastic surgery, which can significantly improve the theoretical mastery, practical operation ability, self-satisfaction, and patient satisfaction of nursing staff. It can be promoted and applied in other disciplines.
