浓替硝唑含漱液联合米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎的效果

Objective To analyze the effect of using concentrated tinidazole mouthwash combined with minocycline ointment on the pain symptoms and sleep quality of patients with periodontitis. Methods Using the random number table method, 100 patients with periodontitis admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2025 were divided into two groups. The control group(n=50) received only minocycline ointment treatment, while the observation group(n=50) received combined treatment with concentrated tinidazole mouthwash and minocycline ointment. The periodontal health status [probing depth(PD), plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI)], inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), C-reactive protein(CRP)], pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS)], and sleep quality [pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)] were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the PD, PLI, and GI of the observation group were lower; the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and CRP were lower; the VAS score was lower; and the PSQI score was lower. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Treating patients with periodontitis with concentrated tinidazole mouthwash combined with minocycline ointment can effectively improve periodontal health status, reduce inflammatory responses, alleviate pain symptoms, and improve sleep quality.
