康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果

Objective To explore the effect of conbercept combined with retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods Eighty patients who received DR treatment in Aerospace Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases) and the study group(40 cases) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation, while the study group was treated with conbercept on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, best corrected visual acuity, macular fovea limit, intraocular pressure, improvement of fundus lesions and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Following treatment, the study group demonstrated a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group(P<0.05). Best-corrected visual acuity was superior to that of the control group, while macular foveal depression and intraocular pressure measurements were both lower than in the control group(P<0.05). The number of microaneurysms, exudates, and hemorrhagic areas was reduced compared to pre-treatment levels, with the study group exhibiting smaller values than the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Conbercept combined with retinal laser photocoagulation can effectively treat DR, improve clinical symptoms, and has a relatively high therapeutic safety.
