采用六西格玛管理实现医院外配处方动态管理

Objective To analyze the application effects of Six Sigma management in the dynamic management of hospital outpatient prescriptions. Methods The DMAIC [Define(D), Measure(M), Analyze(A), Improve(I), Control(C)] process of Six Sigma was applied to improve the external prescription drug list, the external prescription drug process, prescription review, and the improvement effects were evaluated. Results After the improvement with Six Sigma management, a standardized external prescription medication process was formed, the number of external prescription reviews increased by 16%, the pass rate of reviews increased to 90%, and the cumulative complaints about external prescription drugs decreased by 50%. Conclusion Applying Six Sigma management to improve the dynamic management process of external prescriptions can enhance the rationality of external prescriptions, ensure the safety and effectiveness of external prescription drug use, improve patient satisfaction, and to some extent, reduce doctor-patient disputes.
