疾控中心护理健康教育在社区手足口病防控中的应用效果

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing health education from disease control centers in the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in communities. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 80 children with hand-foot-mouth disease in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each. The intervention effects of conventional intervention(control group) and community nursing health education(observation group) was compared. Results The psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of the mastery of health knowledge by family members, the compliance rate of children, the scores of various quality of life, and the satisfaction of family members in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in the community, strengthening nursing health education can enhance the disease knowledge mastery of family members, improve the compliance and quality of life of children patients, and further increase the satisfaction of family members with nursing care.
