2022年至2024年某地区中医适宜技术的社区应用现状分析

Objective To analyze the annual application status of appropriate techniques Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the community in a region from 2022 to 2024, including the distribution of technique types and patient satisfaction, and the efficacy differences of TCM therapies, so as to provide data support for optimizing community TCM services. Methods In this study, 159,197 medical records of a regional TCM hospital from 2022 to 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research objects. The types of appropriate techniques of TCM and the satisfaction rate were compared. Results The total utilization frequency of TCM techniques across the three-year period was 159,197 instances. Yearly utilization rates demonstrated a progressive increase: 43,672 instances(10.02%) in 2022, 59,251 instances(12.92%) in 2023, and 56,274 instances(13.17%) in 2024. Among the TCM techniques applied, acupuncture accounted for the highest utilization rate(53,219 instances, 33.43%), followed by tuina(massage), herbal plaster, cupping, and moxibustion. Patient satisfaction analysis revealed that 74,823 respondents(47.00%) reported “very satisfied,” 45,483(28.57%) were “satisfied,” 37,570(23.60%) were “neutral,” and 1,321(0.83%) expressed dissatisfaction. Conclusion The community application of appropriate TCM techniques in this region showed a continuous growth trend from 2022 to 2024. Acupuncture was the most widely used core technique with high overall patient satisfaction TCM technigues have important application value in community medical services.
