社区高血压患者疾病感知现状及影响因素的研究进展

In the management of chronic diseases in the community, hypertension has attracted much attention due to its continuously rising prevalence and significant impact on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. The patients' cognition of the disease, emotional response and behavioral tendency jointly constitute the core content of their disease perception and profoundly affects their treatment decisions and daily management behaviors. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research on this topic. The available evidence indicates that the illness perception of patients with hypertension in the community was generally at a moderate or low level, and there was generally insufficient cognition or cognitive deviation in the cognitive dimension of the etiology of the disease, long-term complications and individualized management goals. In the emotional dimension, there was a polarizing trend, some patients ignored the risk of disease because of the hidden symptoms, and the other group had significant anxiety due to excessive worry about complications. Therefore, an in-depth exploration of the disease perception characteristics and related influencing factors has important practical value for optimizing community health management strategies. This article conducts a systematic review on the current status, formation mechanism and research progress of disease perception, with the aim of providing a reference for the precise advancement of hypertension management in the community.
