质量追溯管理平台用于消毒供应中心质量监控对消毒效果及满意度的影响

Objective To explore the effects of quality traceability management platform on disinfection effect and satisfaction of quality monitoring in central sterile supply department(CSSD). Methods In the retrospective study, 75 pieces of medical equipment between May 2023 and May 2024(before application of the platform, traditional manual recording mode for quality control) and 77 pieces of medical equipment between June 2024 and June 2025(after application of the platform, whole-process quality monitoring under quality traceability management platform) in CSSD of the hospital were selected as control group and observation group. The qualification rates of equipment cleaning, disinfectionsterilization and packaging, completeness rate of traceability and satisfaction in clinical departments were compared between the two groups. Results The qualification rates of equipment cleaning, disinfection-sterilization and packaging, and completeness rate of traceability in observation group were all higher than those in control group(97.40%, 98.70%, 97.40%, 100.00% vs 88.00%, 90.67%, 86.67%, 76.00%, P<0.05), and satisfaction in clinical departments was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The incidence of good compliance with clinical departments in the observation group(86.67%) was higher than that in the control group(68.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality traceability management platform in CSSD quality monitoring can increase qualification rates of medical equipment cleaning, disinfection-sterilization and packaging, achieve whole-process traceability and improve satisfaction in clinical departments.
