糖皮质激素联合特布他林用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病规范化治疗效果

Objective To evaluate the significance of terbutaline combined with glucocorticoids in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to Xinshi Town Health Center of Mianzhu City, Deyang City, Sichuan Province from January 2023 to April 2025 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with terbutaline alone, while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoids combined with terbutaline. Both groups received medication via nebulized inhalation for 7 consecutive days. The therapeutic effect was comprehensively evaluated by comparing the improvement of lung function, the level of blood gas indexes and the remission time of clinical symptoms between the two groups. Results The improvement degree of lung function, the recovery of blood gas indexes and the remission time of symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Terbutaline combined with glucocorticoids has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of COPD, which can effectively improve the patient's condition and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
