手臂型植入式给药装置在肿瘤患者中的应用

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of arm-type implantable drug delivery devices in cancer patients. Methods A total of 34 cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (n＝17) and a research group (n＝17) using a random number table. The control group received a percutaneously inserted central catheter, while the research group received an arm-type implantable drug delivery device. The maintenance, complications, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life of the two groups of catheters were observed. Results The research group had longer catheterization operation time, maintenance interval, and catheter retention time than the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications related to catheterization in the research group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the pre nursing quality of life scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing, the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of arm-type implantable drug delivery devices for cancer patients can reduce the occurrence of complications, prolong catheter retention time, improve patient nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and can be recommended for use.
