2020年河池市重点行业职业病危害因素现状调查研究

摘要

目的 分析河池市采矿、冶金建材等重点行业职业病危害因素种类、职业暴露人群分布和接触水平,建立和完善河池市职业病危害现状数据库,为进一步加强职业病防治工作提供基础依据。方法 根据《全国职业病危害现状调查工作手册》的相关要求,采取以乡镇(街道)为抽样单位的整群抽样方式确定被调查企业,采用现场调查、查阅档案资料、填写调查表的方法进行调查研究。结果 本次调查覆盖了河池市采矿、冶金建材等重点行业463家工业企业,建立和完善河池市采矿、冶金建材等职业病危害现状数据库。结论 河池市职业病防治形势严峻,有色金属矿采选业等重点行业粉尘、噪声和化学有害因素超标较普遍,是重点防治对象;政府主管部门监督执法和宣传力度有待加强,企业的职业病防治工作主体责任需进一步落实到位。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the types of occupational disease hazard factors,the distribution of occupational exposed populations and the exposure levels in key industries such as mining,metallurgy and building materials in Hechi City,establish and improve the current database of occupational disease hazards in Hechi City,and provide a basic basis for further strengthening the prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods Following the guidelines in the "National Occupational Hazard Status Survey Manual",clustered sampling was conducted at township(street) level to select surveyed enterprises.The study employed field investigations,archival reviews,and questionnaire surveys.Results This survey covered 463 industrial enterprises in key industries such as mining,metallurgy and building materials in Hechi City,and established and improved the current database of occupational disease hazards in mining,metallurgy and building materials in Hechi City.Conclusion Hechi City faces severe occupational health challenges,with non-ferrous metal mining and processing industries showing widespread exceedances of dust,noise,and chemical hazard levels-making them priority targets for prevention.Government authorities need to strengthen regulatory enforcement and public awareness campaigns,while enterprises must fully implement their primary responsibilities for occupational health management.
