综合护理干预对住院精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of inpatients with schizophrenia, and to provide scientific basis for improving the treatment compliance of patients. Methods This study was carried out in Dongguan Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2020 to October 2020, and 80 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and comprehensive nursing intervention group (n=40), and collect the medication compliance indicators and quality of life data of patients with schizophrenia. Result After treatment and intervention, the compliance rate of patients in the comprehensive nursing intervention group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.5%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Judging from the medication compliance score, the score of the intervention group was (8.6±1.4), which was significantly better than that of the control group (7.1±2.0), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In terms of quality of life score, the score of the intervention group was (37.2±8.5), which was significantly better than that of the control group (41.6±8.6), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of inpatients with schizophrenia. Through a series of comprehensive nursing measures, including psychological support, health education, medication management and environmental adjustment, it can effectively enhance patients’ cooperation with the treatment plan, thereby improving the treatment effect.
