2024 年邻水县疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Abstract: Objective This study aims to systematically evaluate the surveillance data of suspected adverse reactions to vaccination (AEFI) in Linshui County in 2024, reveal the objective laws of immunization safety in this region, and provide data support for optimizing vaccination services. Methods The basic information on vaccination throughout the year in this area was collected in a standardized manner. Combined with the detailed records of abnormal reaction cases extracted from the “China Disease Prevention and Control Information System” platform, a multi-dimensional analysis was conducted on the incidence and clinical characteristics of adverse reactions after vaccination in Linshui County. Results Among the 67 cases of AEFI, 16 cases (23.88%) of Mumps-Measles-Rubella vaccine and 14 cases (20.90%) of Diphtheria Tetanus Pertussis (DPT) vaccine ranked first and second respectively, with Grubbs’ coefficient=2.77 and 2.59. There were 26 cases under 1 year old (38.81%, P=0.011). There were 30 cases (44.78%, P=0.002) within 8～14 days. There were 10 cases (14.93%) in December. There were 2 cases of abnormal reactions, 2 cases (2.99%) were hospitalized, 42 cases (62.69%) recovered, and 23 cases (34.33%) improved. Conclusion The vaccination in Linshui County is generally safe and controllable. However, it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of high-incidence vaccines and key populations to further optimize the vaccination service.
