新生儿医院感染的危险因素分析及医院感染防控措施探讨

Abstract: Objective To analyze the risk factors of neonatal nosocomial infections in newborns and explore measures for hospital infection prevention and control. Methods A total of 212 newborns delivered at our hospital from February 2020 to February 2025 were divided into an infection group (n=98) and a non-infection group (n=114) based on the presence or absence of infection. Clinical data of the two groups of newborns and their mothers were collected, and univariate and logistic multivariate analyses were conducted to further explore hospital infection prevention and control measures. Results Gestational age, birth weight, breastfeeding, 1-minute Apgar score (Apgar), neonatal asphyxia, endotracheal intubation, placement of a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC), and length of hospital stay might have been influencing factors for neonatal nosocomial infections (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower the neonatal gestational age, birth weight, 1 min Apgar score, no breastfeeding, neonatal asphyxia, tracheal intubation, PICC catheterization and the longer the length of hospital stay were the independent risk factors for neonatal nosocomial infections (P＜0.05). Conclusion Preventing preterm birth, promoting breastfeeding, avoiding or minimizing endotracheal intubation and PICC placement, and shortening hospitalization time are important strategies for reducing neonatal nosocomial infections.
