艾滋病合并肿瘤患者的多学科协作护理模式探索

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients with tumors. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases each. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model. Results Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can effectively improve quality of life, treatment compliance, psychological state and nursing satisfaction in AIDS patients with tumors, and significantly reduce complication rates. The counts of CD4+ T lymphocytes, and levels of albumin, total protein, and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.001). Physical function, psychological function, social function and environmental function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.001). The rate of good treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score were significantly improved (P＜0.001). The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.001). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can significantly improve overall nursing outcomes and is worthy of clinical promotion.
