扶元柔肝胶囊抗肝纤维化临床疗效观察

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Rougan Capsules in the treatment of liver fibrosis. Methods A total of 82 patients with liver fibrosis admitted to our hospital were selected. The inclusion period was from January 2023 to January 2025. According to the computer grouping method, 41 cases in the control group were given routine life intervention, and 41 cases in the treatment group were treated with Fuyuan Rougan capsules. The clinical efficacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome Points, liver function indicators and safety of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (92.68%) was higher than that of the control group (60.98%) (P＜0.05). After treatment, the TCM Syndrome Score of both groups decreased, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), total bilirubin (TBiL), type III procollagen (PC-III), type IV collagen (IV-C), laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) were significantly lower in the treatment group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Rougan Capsules in the treatment of liver fibrosis is relatively significant. It can significantly improve liver function indicators and has good safety.
