Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can interrupt and reverse the progression of isolated and incompletely resected pulmonary nodules, eliminating or controlling their growth and reducing the incidence of lung cancer. By combining disease differentiation, constitution identification, and imaging features, TCM offers a unique TCM treatment plan for patients with asymptomatic pulmonary nodules. TCM can alleviate postoperative clinical symptoms and prevent recurrence and metastasis. Comprehensive TCM therapies can proactively intervene in risk factors and reduce the incidence of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer. Therefore, TCM can be applied throughout the entire pulmonary nodule prevention and treatment cycle, improving clinical management efficiency and effectively supplementing current diagnostic and treatment protocols. However, in practice, some patients experience excessive anxiety and frequent short term follow-up visits. Others, such as those who do not require surgery or are in a stable postoperative period, become less vigilant after a period of follow-up and even refuse to cooperate with follow-up visits. To address this challenge, Taizhou Fourth Hospital has designed a comprehensive pulmonary nodule management system utilizing 5G mobile internet technology. Furthermore, the system incorporates the principles of renowned TCM practitioners throughout the entire pulmonary nodule prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation process. This combined approach will further improve the clinical management of pulmonary nodules.
