探讨天麻素联合血塞通注射液治疗脑动脉供血不足患者临床疗效

Objective To analyze the effect of the combined use of Xuesaitong Injection and Gastrodin in the treatment of patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency. Methods A total of 30 patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency admitted to the hospital from January to December 2024 were reviewed and grouped according to whether they were treated with the combination of Gastrodin and Xuesaitong. The combined treatment group (n=15 cases) was treated with the combination of Xuesaitong Injection and Gastrodin. The control group (n=15 cases) was treated with Xuesaitong. The onset time, treatment effective rate and changes in hemorheology of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The onset time of the combined treatment group was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the four indicators of hemorheological changes between the two groups of patients (P＞0.05). After the treatment, the improvement in the combined treatment group was better, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral artery insufficiency, the combined use of Xuesaitong Injection and Gastrodin takes effect more quickly and effectively, and has an improving effect on the hemorheological changes of patients.
