卡托普利联合硝苯地平药物治疗高血压的临床疗效分析

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of captopril combined with nifedipine in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 120 subjects were included in a group study, all of whom were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with captopril tablets, while the observation group received combination therapy of captopril tablets and nifedipine controlled-release tablets. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in blood pressure levels and quality of life scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the above indicators improved in both groups of patients, and the improvement in the observation group was even better (P＜0.05). After treatment, 58 patients in the observation group achieved significant improvement, with an effective rate of 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). During the treatment period, two patients in the observation group experienced dry cough and gastrointestinal reactions, with an incidence rate of 3.33%, significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.33%, higher than 86.67% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertension, combined therapy with captopril and nifedipine exhibits a higher efficacy rate. This treatment can effectively optimize blood pressure levels, reduce drug-related adverse effects, enhance treatment safety. and ultimately improve patients’ quality of life and treatment satisfaction.
