2023-2024年东营市某县区三类重点场所消毒检测分析

Objective To analyze the disinfection quality monitoring data of kindergartens, elderly care institutions and laundry facilities in a certain county of Dongying City from 2023 to 2024, and to evaluate the disinfection effectiveness and potential infection risks in key premises, so as to provide a scientific basis for precise prevention and control of infectious diseases in the post-pandemic era. Methods We collated and analyzed the disinfection monitoring data of 8 child care institutions, 2 elderly care institutions and 1 washing institution in a county district of Dongying City over the 2023-2024 period, with a total of 2 011 samples(910 samples in 2023 and 1 101 samples in 2024), and used the χ2 test to compare the differences in the pass rates between years, institutions and the different testing items(object surfaces, hand hygiene, air/water quality, etc.). Results The total pass rate of the three types of institutions in 2023 was 86.48%(90.98% in kindergartens, 74.00% in elderly care institutions and 84.00% in laundry facilities), which increased to 89.55% in 2024(93.25% in kindergartens, 85.00% in elderly care institutions and 69.31% in laundry facilities). The interannual difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the institutions, kindergartens had the highest qualification rate(92.27%), while laundry facilities had the lowest(76.62%). The difference between kindergartens and the other two types of institutions was statistically significant(P<0.05). Hand hygiene qualification rates were significantly lower than those of other testing items in all institutions(P<0.05). The qualification rates for air and water quality in laundry facilities were only 55.56% and 50.00%, respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality in key public places in this county of Dongying City was at a moderate level, with particularly prominent issues in laundry facilities. Weak links in hand hygiene and environmental disinfection require key intervention. It is recommended to enhance health supervision, standardize disinfection procedures, and conduct targeted training to reduce infection risks.
