基于互联网 + 的梅毒健康干预与传统干预方式在高危人群防控中的应用效果评价

Objective To explore the effect of syphilis health intervention based on Internet+ and traditional intervention methods in the prevention and control of high-risk groups. Methods A total of 322 syphilis patients admitted during the Internet+ based syphilis health intervention from January 2024 to December 2024 in Xuecheng district were included in the intervention group, and 259 syphilis patients admitted during the traditional intervention from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected in the control group, and the management efficiency and self-management ability were compared and analyzed. Results The coverage rate of first-visit health education, standardized treatment rate, and synchronous screening of sexual partners in the intervention group patients significantly increased, while the delay in follow-up visits＞7 days decreased, showing a significant advantage compared to the control group patients (P＜0.05). The self-management scores of the intervention group patients in medication management, follow-up compliance, protective behavior, knowledge mastery, and psychological regulation were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Syphilis health intervention based on Internet+ plays an important role in the prevention and control of syphilis, which can significantly improve the management efficiency and the self-management ability of patients, and has more advantages than traditional intervention methods.
