基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务人员核心能力建设研究

Objective To explore the current situation of the core competence of basic public health service personnel in primary medical and health institutions, analyze the key factors affecting their core competence, and provide a basis for constructing a scientific and effective core competence construction strategy. Methods A total of 133 basic public health service personnel in primary medical and health institutions were selected as the research subjects. The basic data of the personnel were collected, the core competence scores were measured, and the influencing factors were explored by using univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis methods. Results There were significant differences in the core competence scores of grassroots personnel with different characteristics such as age, educational background, years of working experience, and participation in training (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level, working years, and training participation were important influencing factors of core ability (P＜0.05). Conclusion Formulating personalized construction plans for the key factors affecting core competence and optimizing training and incentive mechanisms are conducive to enhancing the core competence of basic public health service personnel in primary medical and health institutions and promoting the high-quality development of public health services.
