消化道肿瘤患者营养支持与管理模式的最佳证据总结

Objective To evaluate and summarize the best domestic and international evidence regarding nutritional support and management for patients with digestive tract neoplasms receiving chemotherapy. Methods Databases were systematically searched from database establishment to March 31, 2025. Literature screening was independently conducted by two researchers, and discrepancies were resolved by a third researcher. Results A total of 15 articles were finally included, including 9 clinical practice guidelines, 2 expert consensuses, and 4 evidence summaries. 41 pieces of the best evidence were summarized in terms of nutrition screening, assessment, intervention strategies, and management models. Conclusion The best practices for nutritional support and management in patients with digestive tract tumors undergoing chemotherapy cover multiple links including nutritional screening, assessment and intervention, which provide evidence-based references for medical and nursing staff to formulate standardized, normalized and systematic nutritional treatment protocols.
