基于CiteSpace的国内糖尿病护理路径研究热点与趋势分析

As the number of diabetes patients in China continues to grow, the demand for long-term diabetes management has steadily increased. Nursing pathways, as an important model that integrates disease management, health education, risk control, and patient self-management, have gradually become a key focus in the nursing field. To systematically review the current state, research hotspots, and future trends of domestic diabetes nursing pathways research, this study employed the CiteSpace visualization tool to conduct a knowledge graph analysis of relevant Chinese literature. Through keyword co-occurrence, cluster analysis, and burst term evolution, we explored the knowledge structure and evolutionary trajectory of diabetes nursing pathway research. The findings indicate that domestic research in this area primarily centers on themes such as transitional care, health education, case management, glycemic control, patients' quality of life, and nursing quality evaluation. The research content has evolved from a focus on single disease nursing interventions to multidisciplinary collaboration, digital management, and precision nursing models. Future research should further strengthen the empowerment of intelligent technologies, the standardization of nursing pathways, and the development of a whole-cycle health management system for patients, so as to promote the transformation of diabetes nursing models toward precision, continuity, and intelligence.
