司普奇拜单抗治疗难治性慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床疗效分析

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sparchizumab in the treatment of refractory chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP). Methods Forty-two patients with refractory CRSwNP who were treated in our hospital from April 2025 to October 2025 were randomly divided into control group(21 cases in mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray) and an observation group(21 cases in sparchizumab combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray) according to the random number table method. Both groups received continuous treatment for 24 weeks, and their clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors [interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-13(IL-13), eosinophils(EOS)], endoscopic polyp scores(Lund-Kennedy), nasal symptom scores(TNSS), quality of life scores(SNOT-22), and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-13 and EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of Lund-Kennedy, TNSS and SNOT-22 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Sparchizumab combined with nasal glucocorticoid can obviously reduce the volume of nasal polyps, relieve nasal symptoms, improve the quality of life and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, and has good safety.
