电子预防接种证用户满意度研究-基于济宁市的实证分析

Objective To evaluate the user satisfaction with electronic vaccination certificates in Jining City, analyze the key influencing factors, and propose targeted optimization strategies to improve service quality and promotion effects. Methods From January 2025 to June 2025, a stratified random sampling method was adopted to conduct questionnaire surveys among 500 parents of children and 50 vaccinators in Jining City. For parents, the survey covered four dimensions of satisfaction: awareness, usage, data security, and privacy protection of electronic vaccination certificates. For vaccinators, the survey focused on four dimensions: system usability, acceptance, epidemic monitoring, and immunization program management support. Satisfaction levels and related influencing factors were analyzed. Results The overall satisfaction score of parents of children was(11.13±1.95) points, at a moderate level, with relatively low scores for data security and privacy protection. The overall satisfaction score of vaccinators was(12.85±1.54) points, but the scores for system usability and acceptance were low. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, perception of data security, and perception of privacy protection were the main factors affecting parents' satisfaction with electronic vaccination certificates(P<0.05). Age, working years, perception of system usability, and acceptance were the influencing factors for vaccinators' satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion Although electronic vaccination certificates in Jining City have gained certain recognition in terms of public health functions, there is still great room for improvement in user satisfaction. Future optimization should focus on strengthening data security and privacy protection to enhance parents' trust, and improving the system usage experience of medical staff by simplifying operation processes and strengthening training.
