快速康复护理对异位妊娠患者术后康复及预后的影响研究

Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing under the multidisciplinary collaboration model on the postoperative rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation care under a multidisciplinary collaboration model. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The postoperative out-of-bed activity time, exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds, duration of pain and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The VAS scores of the experimental group at 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after the operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing under the multidisciplinary collaboration model can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with ectopic pregnancy, improve prognosis, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
