针对性护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效研究

Objective Focusing on the clinical care needs of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS), this study provides targeted nursing interventions across multiple dimensions including psychological status and sleep quality, offering direct reference for the precise adjustment and implementation of clinical care strategies. Methods 65 patients with OSAHS who underwent sleep monitoring examinations during treatment in various departments of our hospital from October 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. A total of 65 patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=32, routine nursing intervention) and an observation group(n=33, targeted nursing mtervention on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological status, sleep quality, respiratory function, and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before nursing care, there were no significant differences in the indicators between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the psychological stacte, sleep quality, ventilation function and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing intervention for patients with OSAHS can effectively improve their negative psychological states such as anxiety and depression, enhance sleep quality and ventilation function and thereby improve the quality of life of patients.
