带锁髓内钉内固定术治疗创伤性四肢长骨骨折的效果分析

Objective To analyze the effect of locking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of traumatic long bone fractures in limbs. Methods 90 patients with traumatic long bone fractures of the limbs admitted to our hospital(admitted from January 2024 to January 2025) were selected as the research sample. They were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases/group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation technology, while the observation group was treated with locking intramedullary nail internal fixation technology. The degree of pain in the fracture area, joint mobility, proportion of postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, and time required for fracture healing were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and three months after surgery. Results After three months of treatment, the pain level in the fracture area of the observation group was milder than that of the control group, and joint mobility was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group, and the length of hospital stay and the time required for fracture healing were shorter(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing an internal fixation surgical plan with locking intramedullary nails for patients with long bone fractures caused by trauma can not only effectively alleviate pain at the fracture site and improve joint mobility, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery and accelerate the recovery process.
