不同采血法对血液常规检验指标的影响分析

Objective To analyze the effects of different blood collection methods on white blood cell count(WBC), red blood cell count(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(Hct), and platelet count(PLT) in routine blood tests. Methods 100 patients who underwent routine blood tests in our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different blood collection methods, with 50 patients in each group. The control group collected blood samples using a peripheral blood collection method, while the observation group collected blood samples using intravenous blood collection method. Referring to the standard value range of routine blood tests, the accuracy of the results of the two groups was evaluated, and the differences in the levels of WBC, RBC, Hb, Hct, PLT and other indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The accuracy of blood routine test results in the observation group was generally higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of WBC, RBC, Hct, and PLT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in Hb levels between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the peripheral blood collection method, venous blood collection method has a smaller impact on the results of WBC, RBC, Hct and PLT detection in routine blood tests, and has higher accuracy.
