中西医结合治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床疗效

Objective To analyze the effect and significance of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic arrhythmia. Methods The study was conducted from October 2021 to October 2024. A total of 160 elderly patients with ischemic arrhythmia were enrolled in the study. The patients were grouped by random number table method. The study group and the conventional group were named after the two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, while the patients in the conventional group were treated with western medicine. The situation of arrhythmia relief, cardiac function, quality of life and safety of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the atrial premature contractions, ventricular premature contractions and junctional premature contractions in the study group were lower(P<0.05). The left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the study group was lower, and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher(P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05). The safety of patients in the study group was better(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic arrhythmia can improve the performance of arrhythmia, improve the cardiac function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients with good safety.
