数字化X线摄影对早期膝骨关节炎关节间隙的评估探究

Early diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis is crucial for disease intervention and prognosis improvement, and joint space changes are an important imaging indicators of this disease. In this paper,by analyzing the existing problems in the evaluation of joint space in early knee osteoarthritis, a digital X-ray photography solution is propased, from equipment debugging, dual position acquisition and measurement to the whole process of quality control standard implementation pracess. The research found that digital radiography could clearly display the subtle differences in the widths of the medial and lateral spaces of the knee joint, accurately capture the asymmetric changes of the joint space, and the measurement results had high repeatability and reliability. This technology can effectively evaluate the joint space changes of early knee osteoarthritis, provide objective and accurate imaging support for the early diagnosis of the disease, and play an important guiding role in the clinical formulation of intervention plans.
