宫颈液基细胞学检查联合人乳头瘤病毒检查在宫颈癌与癌前病变筛查中的应用研究

Abstract: Objective To study the application value of thinprep cytologic test (TCT) combined with human papillomavirus (HPV) test in the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods A total of 80 cases of suspected cervical cancer requiring further screening admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2024 were selected. All cases underwent TCT combined with HPV testing. With the results of pathological examination as the gold standard, the value of TCT combined with HPV testing in the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions was evaluated and analyzed. Results Among the 80 suspected cervical cancer patients, 50 cases were diagnosed with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions by pathological examination, and the remaining 30 cases were non-cervical cancer. There were 43 cases with positive results in single TCT detection, 40 cases with positive results in HPV detection, and 48 cases with positive results in combined TCT and HPV detection. Referring to the results of pathological biopsy, the sensitivity and accuracy of combined TCT and HPV detection were higher than those of single TCT or HPV detection, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion TCT combined with HPV test has high sensitivity and accuracy in the screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. The combined application of these two detection methods can effectively improve the accuracy of cervical cancer diagnosis and promote the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions.
