精神分裂症合并高血压的相关因素分析

Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the factors related to the onset of schizophrenia combined with hypertension. Methods 105 patients with schizophrenia who were treated at our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were enrolled. Their blood pressure was measured. divided them into a group with hypertension and a group without hypertension based on whether they had hypertension, compared the general information and laboratory indicators of the two groups, and analyzed the factors related to hypertension in patients with schizophrenia. Results This study included 105 patients with schizophrenia, 45 of whom had hypertension. Among them, 13 cases were classified as grade I hypertension, 20 cases as grade II, and 12 cases as grade III. Age, smoking, type of medication, negative symptom score, family history of hypertension, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were all identified as risk factors for hypertension in patients with schizophrenia (P＜0.05). Conclusion Age, smoking, type of medication, negative symptom score, family history of hypertension, and abnormal blood lipid indicators are all factors related to the incidence of hypertension in patients with schizophrenia. Clinicians can take early precautions against the above-mentioned influencing factors to reduce the risk of hypertension in patients with schizophrenia.
