预后营养指数联合Grace评分评估急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的价值

Objective To explore the value of prognostic nutritional index combined with Grace score in evaluating acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) who were planned to be admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the Grace score of the patients at admission, the patients were divided into a high-risk group of 42 cases and a non-high-risk group of 58 cases. The ejection fraction(EF), N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) level, and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) level were measured for all patients. The levels of EF, NT-pro BNP, troponin I were observed in the two groups. Logistic regression analysis and the correlations between prognostic nutritional index combined with Grace score and patients with acute NSTEMI were explored. Results The EF in the high-risk group was higher than that in the non-high-risk group, while the levels of NT-pro BNP and troponin I were lower than those in the non-high-risk group. The statistical results showed significant differences(P<0.05). Taking acute NSTEMI as the dependent variable, a correlation analysis was conducted. The results showed that EF was positively correlated with the condition(r = 0.709, P<0.05), while the levels of NT-pro BNP and cTnI were negatively correlated with the condition(r =-0.673,-0.715, P<0.05). Conclusion The prognostic nutritional index combined with Grace score has a relatively high value in evaluating acute NSTEMI. It can assist in clinical diagnosis and treatment based on the levels of EF, NT-pro BNP and troponin I in the body.
