2018-2023 年河池市手足口病流行特征分析

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease reported in Hechi City from 2018 to 2023, and provide a reliable basis for the prevention and transmission control of hand, foot and mouth disease in Hechi City. Methods The monitoring data of hand, foot and mouth disease in Hechi City for Disease Control and Prevention from 2018 to 2023 were selected to analyze the collected data, descriptively analyze the distribution of hand, foot and mouth disease in this city, and summarize the epidemic characteristics. Results From 2018 to 2023, there were 55,588 cumulative reported cases, 48 severe cases, and 2 deaths in Hechi City. The reported incidence rate over the years was 50.1741～667.9160/100,000. In terms of regional distribution, Jinchengjiang District and Yizhou District have the highest incidence rate. In terms of gender, the reported incidence rate for males was higher than that for females in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2023. In terms of age, 1 year old is the peak period of onset. In terms of occupational distribution, the highest number of cases of hand, foot and mouth disease is among scattered children, followed by preschool children with 111 945 and 22 384 cases, respectively. Conclusion Hand, foot and mouth disease in Hechi City showed a fluctuating downward trend from 2018 to 2023, and the disease was highly prevalent in Jinchengjiang District and Yizhou District, concentrated in males, children aged 0 to 5 years, and scattered children.
