加强院感知识培训对医院感染管理质量的影响

Objective To study the impact of enhanced hospital infection knowledge training on improving hospital infection management quality. Methods 38 nursing interns who had clinical practice in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 19 interns in each. The observation group received diversified hospital infection knowledge training, while the control group had traditional oral education. The differences in hospital infection management quality scores, infection incidence, and interns’ training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group outperformed the control group in hospital infection management quality indicators, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The observation group had no new infections (infection incidence 0), while the control group had 14 new infections (incidence 0.05%). Moreover, the observation group’s satisfaction with the training reached 94.74%, much higher than the control group’s 63.16% (P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic training in hospital infection knowledge can boost nursing interns’professional competence in infection management, reduce infections, and increase training satisfaction.
