合并高度近视的白内障手术治疗临床研究进展

Both population aging and the widespread use of electronic products can affects patients’ visual function and to some extent increases the incidence of ophthalmic diseases. Cataract is the world’s first blinding eye disease, which is caused by the opacity of the eye lens leading to a decrease in vision. Gradual vision loss is a typical manifestation of cataracts, where patients experience changes in lens density, resulting in increased myopia and seeing single objects as multiple images. Patients with high myopia also have a higher risk of developing cataracts, and the surgery is difficult, making them more prone to complications such as intraoperative posterior capsule rupture and postoperative retinal detachment. With the increasing demand for visual function, more and more patients with high myopia combined with cataracts are undergoing surgical treatment. The commonly used surgical methods in clinical practice include cataract phacoemulsification, extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation, etc. Different surgeries are suitable for different populations and have different postoperative complications.Comprehensively analyzing the conditions of different patients and the condition of the crystalline lens, selecting appropriate surgical methods, and implementing treatment plans at the appropriate surgical timing has positive significance for improving patients’ visual function. This article searches for authoritative literature and materials both domestically and internationally, analyzing surgical method selection, intraocular lens selection, ocular biological data measurement and intraocular lens calculation formula, postoperative complications, etc, in order to provide more reference basis for clinical related fields.
